• The product is manufactured according to the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, meeting users' technical requirements.


• Big LCD display for visual representation of working state and various data, including real-time wind turbine voltage, current, power; solar panel voltage, current, power; battery group voltage, charge current.


• Two sets of control systems: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.


• PWM control ensures battery charging with constant voltage and current during strong or super-strong wind conditions.


• Three-phase dump load starts automatically when the battery disconnects or gets damaged, preventing wind turbine idling and runaway accidents.


• Battery protection functions include polarity reverse protection, disconnection and damage protection.


• Over-charging protection of the battery activates the three-phase dump load, braking the wind turbine and stopping battery charging when the battery is full.


• Auto recharging of battery occurs when the battery voltage reduces to 108% of the rated voltage, stopping the three-phase dump load to recharge the battery automatically.


• The controller is equipped with a manual brake switch for three-phase dump load activation.


• Surge arrester inside the controller protects the wind turbine from overvoltage and conducts strong lightning current into the earth to prevent equipment damage.


• Solar panel control system and diesel generator port are optional.


• Modbus Communication protocol for convenient secondary development.


• Technical specification adjustment via RS485 is available for different wind turbines.


• Supports WIFI and GPRS for real-time monitoring of the on-grid wind power system via PC and mobile, compatible with both Android and OS.
