Product Characteristics:



  1. The product is manufactured according to the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, as well as users' technical requirements.

  2. Features a big LCD display that visually shows the working state and various data, including real-time wind turbine voltage, current, and power; solar panel voltage, current, and power; and battery group voltage and charge current.

  3. Equipped with two sets of control systems: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.

  4. Uses PWM control in strong or super-strong wind conditions to ensure battery is charged by the wind turbine with constant voltage and current.

  5. Automatically starts the three-phase dump load when the battery disconnects or gets damaged to avoid wind turbine idling and runaway accidents.

  6. Provides battery protection functions, including polarity reverse protection, disconnection protection, and damage protection.

  7. Offers over-charging protection for the battery, activating the three-phase dump load, braking the wind turbine, and stopping battery charging when the battery is full.

  8. Automatically recharges the battery by stopping the three-phase dump load when the battery voltage reduces to 108% of the rated voltage.

  9. Equipped with a manual brake switch to carry out three-phase dump load forcibly.

  10. Includes a surge arrester inside the controller to protect against over voltage and conduct strong lightning current into the earth, avoiding equipment damage.

  • Solar panel control system is optional, based on customers' requirements.

  • Disel generator port is optional, controlling the generator start and stop automatically.

  • Adopts Modbus Communication protocol for convenient secondary development.

  • Technical specification can be adjusted via RS485, allowing convenient adjustment for different wind turbines for professional customers.

  • Supports WIFI and GPRS, allowing customers to monitor the real-time working state of the on-grid wind power system via PC and mobile, and query history working state. Compatible with both Android and OS in mobile devices.

  • Can be equipped with various brake functions for different wind turbines, including mechanical yawing, rotate tail control, furled empennage, mechanical brake, hydraulic brake, and electromagnetism brake.
