1. The Off-Grid PWM Wind Turbine Controller is manufactured according to industry standards and technical requirements (Jinan Deming Power Equipment Co., Ltd).


2. It features a big LCD display that visually shows the working state and provides real-time data on wind turbine voltage, current, power, solar panel voltage, current, power, and battery group voltage and charge current.


3. The controller offers two sets of control systems: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.


4. Under strong or super-strong wind conditions, the PWM control ensures constant voltage and current for battery charging.


5. In case of battery disconnect or damage, the three-phase dump load system automatically starts to prevent wind turbine idling and runaway accidents.


6. The controller provides protection functions for battery, including polarity reverse protection, disconnection, and damage protection.


7. It also offers over-charging protection for the battery, activating the three-phase dump load when the battery is full to stop charging and prevent overcharging.


8. Auto recharging of the battery is available, with the controller automatically stopping the three-phase dump load when the battery voltage reduces to 108% of the rated voltage.


9. The controller is equipped with a manual brake switch for forced three-phase dump load activation.


10. It includes a surge arrester to protect against overvoltage and lightning damage.


11. Solar panel control system and diesel generator port are optional.


12. The controller supports Modbus Communication protocol for easy secondary development.


13. Technical specifications can be adjusted via RS485, allowing customization for different wind turbines.
