The On Grid Wind Turbine Controller, manufactured by Jinan Deming Power Equipment Co., Ltd, is a high-quality product that meets the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard. It is designed to fulfill users' technical requirements, ensuring optimal performance and safety.



Key Features:



  1. Big LCD Display: The controller features a large LCD display that visually shows the working status of the wind turbine. It provides abundant data display, including real-time wind turbine voltage, current, power, as well as DC output voltage, current, and accumulative total generating electricity. The main-board is equipped with a battery, allowing history data to be stored for 30 days even in case of power outage.

  2. Two Sets of Control Systems: The controller offers two sets of control systems - PWM constant voltage system and three-phase brake system. This ensures efficient and safe operation of the wind turbine.

  3. PWM Constant Voltage Control: The controller's PWM constant voltage control is set at 120% of the rated power of the wind turbine. If the PWM's capacity is exceeded, the brake will automatically start to prevent any damage. After 10-20 minutes, the brake will stop, and the wind turbine will resume power supply, ensuring the safe running of the overall wind turbine generation system.

  4. DC Constant Voltage Output: The controller can conduct DC constant voltage output during strong or super-strong winds, ensuring the safe running of the inverter.

  5. Grid Power Resumption: In case of grid power outage, the controller will stop the inverter's output to the grid. The three-phase dump load of the controller will automatically start, putting the wind turbine on braking status. Once grid power resumes, the controller will stop the three-phase dump load, allowing the wind turbine and inverter to resume normal operation.

  6. Surge Arrester: The controller is equipped with a surge arrester to protect the equipment from lightning shock damage. It limits instantaneous overvoltage into the wind generator within the controller or system's bearable voltage range.

  7. Emergency Stop and Manual Brake: The controller features an emergency stop switch for cutting off all power supply in case of emergencies. It also has a manual brake switch for forcibly braking the wind turbine.

  8. Modbus Communication Protocol: The controller adopts the Modbus communication protocol, allowing for convenient development by customers.
