FKJ-B Model


The FKJ-B model off-grid PWM wind solar hybrid controller is designed and manufactured according to the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, as well as meeting users' technical requirements.


Product Characteristics:



  1. Big LCD display: The controller features a large LCD display that visually shows the working state. Various data are displayed, including real-time wind turbine voltage, current, and power; solar panel voltage, current, and power; and battery group voltage and charge current.

  2. Two sets of control systems: The controller is equipped with a PWM constant voltage system and a three-phase dump load system.

  3. PWM control for strong wind conditions: In strong or super-strong wind conditions, the controller ensures that the battery is charged by the wind turbine with constant voltage and current.

  4. Three-phase dump load protection: When the battery is disconnected or damaged, the three-phase dump load will start automatically to avoid wind turbine idling and runaway accidents.

  5. Battery protection: The controller offers protection functions such as polarity reverse protection, disconnection protection, and damage protection.

  6. Over-charging protection: When the battery is full, the three-phase dump load will work, and the wind turbine will brake and stop charging the battery.

  7. Auto recharging of battery: When the battery voltage reduces to 108% of the rated voltage, the three-phase dump load will stop to recharge the battery automatically.

  8. Manual brake switch: The controller is equipped with a manual brake switch, allowing users to carry out three-phase dump load forcibly.

  9. Surge arrester: The controller is equipped with a surge arrester to protect the wind turbine from overvoltage and conduct strong lightning current into the earth directly, avoiding equipment damage.


Note: Solar panel control system, diesel generator port, Modbus Communication protocol, RS485 adjustment, and support for WIFI and GPRS are optional features based on customers' requirements.


For different wind turbines, the controller can be equipped with various brake functions, such as mechanical yawing, rotate tail control, furled empennage, mechanical brake, hydraulic brake, and electromagnetism brake.
