The On grid wind turbine system is composed of wind turbine, on grid controller, on grid inverter, metering device, and power distribution system. Wind energy is converted into AC electrical energy by the wind turbine, and then converted into DC electrical energy by the on grid controller, and then DC electrical energy is converted into AC electrical energy of the same frequency and phase as the grid by the on grid inverter, and part of the power is supplied to the local load. Surplus power is fed into the grid.

Product Details:
1. Imported NSK Bearing
The generator adopts NSK bearing, which can withstand up to 7000rpm, ensuring the normal operation of the generator for a lifetime.
2. Pure Copper Enameled Wire
With insulating paint as insulating coating, the copper wire used for winding the electromagnetic coil is resistant to high temperature to ensure the power generation of the windings.
3.NdFeB Magnet
Generator magnetic steel model: N35SH, resistance to 150°C lifetime demagnetization, known as the king of magnetism.
4. Pure Copper Electric Slip Ring
Slip-ring copper content of more than 85%, basically no wear, fan life operation, no maintenance.
5. Convenient Flange Design
Use humanized flange design, easy to maintain and install.
