Product Characteristics:



  1. The product is manufactured according to the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, as well as users' technical requirements.

  2. Features a big LCD display that visually shows the working state. Provides real-time data for wind turbine voltage, current, power; solar panel voltage, current, power; and battery group voltage, charge current.

  3. Equipped with two sets of control systems: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.

  4. In strong or super-strong wind conditions, the PWM control ensures constant voltage and current for battery charging by the wind turbine.

  5. If the battery is disconnected or damaged, the three-phase dump load will automatically start to prevent the wind turbine from idling and runaway accidents.

  6. Includes battery protection functions such as polarity reverse protection, disconnection and damage protection.

  7. Provides over-charging protection for the battery. When the battery is full, the three-phase dump load will work, and the wind turbine will brake and stop charging the battery.

  8. Auto recharging of the battery. When the battery voltage reduces to 108% of the rated voltage, the three-phase dump load will stop and recharge the battery automatically.

  9. Equipped with a manual brake switch for forcibly carrying out three-phase dump load by the wind turbine.

  10. Includes a surge arrester inside the controller to protect against overvoltage and conduct strong lightning currents into the earth, avoiding any equipment damage.

  • Solar panel control system is optional based on customers' requirements.

  • Diesel generator port is optional, allowing for automatic control of generator start and stop.

  • Adopts Modbus Communication protocol for convenient secondary development.

  • Technical specifications can be adjusted via RS485, making it convenient to adjust for different wind turbines for professional customers.

  • Supports WIFI and GPRS, allowing customers to monitor the real-time working state of the on-grid wind power system via PC and mobile, and query historical working state. Compatible with both Android and iOS in mobile devices.

  • Can be equipped with various brake functions such as mechanical yawing, rotate tail control, furled empennage, mechanical brake, hydraulic brake, electromagnetism brake, and others, depending on the different wind turbine requirements.
