Manufactured by Jinan Deming Power Equipment Co., Ltd, the FKJ-GT (Grid-tie) model On grid Wind Turbine Controller is designed to meet the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, along with users' technical requirements.


Product Characteristics:



  • Big LCD display for visual representation of working state, with real-time data on wind turbine voltage, current, solar panel voltage, current, DC output voltage, current, and total power generation. The main board is equipped with a button battery to save history data for 30 days in case of power failure.

  • Two sets of control systems: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.

  • PWM constant voltage control at 120% of the rated power of the wind turbine. In case of exceeding PWM's capacity, the three-phase dump load will automatically start, ensuring safe running of the overall wind turbine generation system. After 10-20 minutes, the three-phase dump load will stop and the wind turbine will resume power supply.

  • Constant voltage output during strong or super-strong wind conditions to ensure the inverter's safety running.

  • Constant voltage output and waiting for inverter resumption in the event of a disconnected grid-connected inverter.

  • Automatic activation of the three-phase dump load when the grid is cut off, stopping the inverter's output to the grid. When the grid resumes, the three-phase dump load stops and the inverter resumes power supply.

  • Equipped with a surge protector to prevent overvoltage damage to the wind turbine and conduct strong lightning current into the earth directly.

  • Emergency stop switch to cut off all power supply in case of emergency, immediately braking the wind turbine (three-phase dump load).

  • Manual three-phase dump load switch for braking the wind turbine.

  • Adopt Modbus Communication protocol for convenient secondary development.

  • Adjusting the technical specification via RS485 is available, allowing easy adjustment for different wind turbines.

  • Support WIFI and GPRS for real-time monitoring of the on-grid wind power system via PC and mobile, as well as querying history working state. Compatible with both Android and OS in mobile devices.

  • Can be equipped with a solar panel control system according to customer requirements.

  • Option to include mechanical yawing, rotate tail control, furled empennage, mechanical brake, hydraulic brake, electromagnetism brake, and other brake functions based on different wind turbine models.
