Product Characteristics:
- Big LCD display: The controller features a large LCD display that visually shows the working state of the wind turbine. It provides real-time data on wind turbine voltage, current, solar panel voltage, current, DC output voltage, current, and total power generation. The main board is equipped with a button battery to save history data for 30 days in case of power failure.
- Two sets of control systems: The controller offers two sets of control systems. The first is the PWM constant voltage system, which operates at 120% of the rated power of the wind turbine. If the PWM's capacity is exceeded, the three-phase dump load system will automatically start to ensure safe operation. After 10-20 minutes, the three-phase dump load will stop, and the wind turbine will resume power supply.
- Constant voltage output: The controller can conduct constant voltage output during strong or super-strong wind conditions to ensure the safe running of the inverter.
- Grid-connected operation: In the event of a disconnected grid-connected inverter, the controller can conduct constant voltage output and wait for inverter resumption.
- Grid cut-off protection: When the grid is cut off, the three-phase dump load of the controller will automatically start to work, and the inverter will stop output to the grid. When the grid resumes, the controller stops the three-phase dump load, and the inverter resumes power supply.
- Surge protection: The controller is equipped with a surge protector to prevent overvoltage from reaching the wind turbine and causing damage. It effectively diverts strong lightning currents directly to the ground.
- Emergency stop function: The controller is equipped with an emergency stop switch. In case of an emergency, pressing the emergency stop button will cut off all power supply to the controller, and the wind turbine will immediately brake using the three-phase dump load.
