The FKJ-GT (Grid-tie) Model On-Grid Wind Turbine Controller is a high-quality product manufactured by Jinan Deming Power Equipment Co., Ltd. It is designed to meet the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, ensuring compliance with user technical requirements.
Product Characteristics:
- Big LCD display: The controller features a large LCD display that visually shows the working state of the wind turbine. It provides real-time data on wind turbine voltage, current, solar panel voltage, current, DC output voltage, current, and total power generation. The main board of the controller is equipped with a button battery, allowing the history data to be saved for up to 30 days in case of power failure.
- Two sets of control systems: The FKJ-GT controller offers two control systems - PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.
- PWM constant voltage control: The controller's PWM constant voltage control can handle up to 120% of the wind turbine's rated power. In case the PWM's capacity is exceeded, the three-phase dump load system will automatically start, ensuring the safe running of the wind turbine generation system. After 10-20 minutes, the three-phase dump load system will stop, and the wind turbine will resume power supply.
- Constant voltage output: The controller can conduct constant voltage output during strong or super-strong wind conditions, ensuring the safety of the inverter.
- Grid-connected functionality: In the event of a disconnected grid-connected inverter, the controller can conduct constant voltage output and wait for inverter resumption. When the grid is cut off, the three-phase dump load system will automatically start working, and the inverter will stop output to the grid. Upon grid resumption, the controller stops the three-phase dump load system, and the inverter resumes power supply.
- Surge protection: The controller is equipped with a surge protector to prevent overvoltage from reaching the wind turbine. It redirects strong lightning currents directly to the earth, protecting the equipment from damage.
- Emergency stop functionality: The controller features an emergency stop switch that cuts off all power supply to the controller. In case of an emergency, pressing the emergency stop button will immediately brake the wind turbine using the three-phase dump load system.
- Manual three-phase dump load switch: The controller is also equipped with a manual three-phase dump load switch for braking the wind turbine using the dump load system.

- Modbus Communication protocol: The controller adopts the Modbus Communication protocol, allowing for convenient secondary development.
