Product Characteristics

1. The Off-Grid PWM Wind Turbine Controller is manufactured according to the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, meeting users' technical requirements.


2. Featuring a big LCD display, the controller provides visual representation of the working state. Real-time data is displayed for wind turbine voltage, current, power; solar panel voltage, current, power; and battery group voltage, charge current.


3. The controller offers two sets of control systems: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.


4. In strong or super-strong wind conditions, the PWM control ensures constant voltage and current for battery charging from the wind turbine.


5. In case of battery disconnect or damage, the three-phase dump load system automatically starts to prevent wind turbine idling and runaway accidents.


6. The controller includes various protection functions for the battery, such as polarity reverse protection, disconnection and damage protection.


7. Over-charging protection is provided for the battery. When the battery is full, the three-phase dump load system activates, causing the wind turbine to brake and stop charging the battery.


8. The controller supports auto recharging of the battery. When the battery voltage reduces to 108% of the rated voltage, the three-phase dump load system stops to automatically recharge the battery.


9. A manual brake switch is included in the controller, allowing for forced three-phase dump load operation by the wind turbine.


10. The controller is equipped with a surge arrester to protect against overvoltage and lightning current, preventing damage to the equipment.

* Solar panel control system and diesel generator port are optional, based on customers' requirements.

* The controller adopts Modbus Communication protocol, enabling convenient secondary development.

* Technical specifications can be adjusted via RS485, making it convenient to adapt to different wind turbines for professional customers.

* The controller supports WIFI and GPRS, allowing customers to monitor the real-time working state of the on-grid wind power system via PC and mobile, and query historical working states. Both Android and OS are compatible on mobile devices.

* For different wind turbines, the controller can be equipped with various brake functions, such as mechanical yawing, rotate tail control, furled empennage, mechanical brake, hydraulic brake, and electromagnetism brake.
