Product Characteristics:

1. The product is manufactured according to the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, meeting users' technical requirements.


2. Equipped with a big LCD display, the controller visually displays the working state and provides various real-time data such as wind turbine voltage, current, power; solar panel voltage, current, power; and battery group voltage, charge current.


3. Features two sets of control systems: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.


4. Under strong or super-strong wind conditions, the PWM control ensures constant voltage and current for charging the battery with the wind turbine.


5. In case of battery disconnect or damage, the three-phase dump load system automatically starts to prevent wind turbine idling and runaway accidents.


6. Includes battery protection functions such as polarity reverse protection, disconnection protection, and damage protection.


7. Provides over-charging protection for the battery. When the battery is full, the three-phase dump load system works, and the wind turbine brakes to stop charging the battery.


8. Auto recharging of the battery is available. When the battery voltage reduces to 108% of the rated voltage, the three-phase dump load system stops to recharge the battery automatically.


9. Equipped with a manual brake switch for forcibly carrying out three-phase dump load when needed.


10. Includes surge arrester inside the controller to protect the wind turbine from over voltage and conduct strong lightning current into the earth to avoid equipment damage.

Note: Solar panel control system and diesel generator port are optional features. The controller supports Modbus Communication protocol for easy secondary development. Technical specifications can be adjusted via RS485 for different wind turbines. It also supports WIFI and GPRS for real-time monitoring of the on-grid wind power system via PC and mobile devices, with compatibility for both Android and OS. The controller can be equipped with various brake functions depending on the wind turbine model.
