Product Characteristics:
- Big LCD display: The controller features a large LCD display that visually presents the working state. Various data is shown in real-time, including wind turbine voltage, current, solar panel voltage, current, DC output voltage, current, and total power generation. The main board is equipped with a button battery to ensure the storage of history data for up to 30 days in case of power failure.
- Two sets of control systems: The controller offers both a PWM constant voltage system and a three-phase dump load system.
- PWM constant voltage control: The PWM constant voltage control allows for 120% of the rated power of the wind turbine. In case of exceeding the PWM's capacity, the three-phase dump load will automatically start to ensure the safe running of the overall wind turbine generation system. After 10-20 minutes, the three-phase dump load will stop and the wind turbine will resume power supply.
- Constant voltage output: The controller can conduct constant voltage output during strong or super-strong wind conditions to ensure the safe operation of the inverter.
- Grid disconnection and resumption: When the grid-connected inverter is disconnected, the controller can provide constant voltage output and wait for the inverter to resume. Similarly, when the grid is cut off, the three-phase dump load of the controller will automatically start to work, stopping the inverter's output to the grid. Upon grid resumption, the controller stops the three-phase dump load, and the inverter resumes power supply.
