Product Characteristics:
- The product is manufactured according to the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, meeting users' technical requirements.
- Equipped with a big LCD display that visually shows the working state and various data, including real-time wind turbine voltage, current, power; solar panel voltage, current, power; and battery group voltage, charge current.
- Features two sets of control systems: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.
- Under strong or super-strong wind conditions, the PWM control ensures the battery is charged by the wind turbine with constant voltage and current.
- In case of battery disconnect or damage, the three-phase dump load system automatically starts to prevent wind turbine idling and runaway accidents.
- Includes battery protection functions such as polarity reverse protection, disconnection, and damage protection.
- Provides over-charging protection for the battery. When the battery is full, the three-phase dump load system activates, causing the wind turbine to brake and stop charging the battery.
- Supports auto recharging of the battery. When the battery voltage reduces to 108% of the rated voltage, the three-phase dump load stops to automatically recharge the battery.
- Equipped with a manual brake switch for forcibly carrying out three-phase dump load.
- Includes a surge arrester inside the controller to protect against overvoltage and lightning currents.
- Optional solar panel control system based on customers' requirements.
- Optional diesel generator port for automatic control of generator start and stop.
- Adopts Modbus Communication protocol for convenient secondary development.
- Allows adjustment of technical specifications via RS485 for different wind turbines.
