Product Characteristics



  1. The Off-Grid PWM Wind Solar Hybrid Controller FKJ-B model is manufactured according to the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, meeting users' technical requirements.


  2. Featuring a big LCD display, this hybrid controller provides clear visual representation of the working state. It displays real-time data for wind turbine voltage, current, and power; solar panel voltage, current, and power; as well as battery group voltage and charge current.


  3. Equipped with two sets of control systems, including a PWM constant voltage system and a three-phase dump load system.


  4. In strong or super-strong wind conditions, the PWM control ensures the battery is charged by the wind turbine with constant voltage and current.


  5. In case of battery disconnection or damage, the three-phase dump load system will automatically start to prevent the wind turbine from idling and running away.


  6. Includes various protection functions for the battery, such as polarity reverse protection, disconnection protection, and damage protection.


  7. Provides over-charging protection for the battery. When the battery is full, the three-phase dump load system will work, causing the wind turbine to brake and stop charging the battery.


  8. Enables auto recharging of the battery. When the battery voltage reduces to 108% of the rated voltage, the three-phase dump load system will automatically stop and recharge the battery.


  9. The controller is equipped with a manual brake switch that allows for the forced activation of the three-phase dump load system.


  10. Includes a surge arrester inside the controller to protect the wind turbine from overvoltage and direct any strong lightning current into the ground, preventing equipment damage.



Additional Features and Options



  • The solar panel control system is optional and can be added based on customers' requirements.


  • Optional diesel generator port allows for automatic control of the generator's start and stop functions.


  • Supports Modbus Communication protocol, facilitating secondary development.


  • Technical specifications can be adjusted via RS485, providing convenience for professional customers to adjust the controller for different wind turbines.


  • Supports WIFI and GPRS, allowing customers to monitor the real-time working state of the on-grid wind power system via PC and mobile devices, as well as query historical working states. Compatible with both Android and OS platforms on mobile devices.


  • Can be equipped with various brake functions, such as mechanical yawing, rotate tail control, furled empennage, mechanical brake, hydraulic brake, electromagnetism brake, and more, to suit different wind turbine models.
