The On Grid Wind Turbine Controller, manufactured by Jinan Deming Power Equipment Co., Ltd, is designed to meet the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, while also accommodating users' technical requirements.


Features:



  • Big LCD Display: The controller features a large LCD display that visually shows the working status of the wind turbine. It provides abundant data display, including real-time wind turbine voltage, current, power, as well as DC output voltage, current, and accumulative total generating electricity. The main-board is equipped with a battery, allowing history data to be stored for 30 days even in the case of power loss.

  • Two Sets of Control Systems: The controller offers two sets of control systems - PWM constant voltage system and three-phase brake system.

  • PWM Constant Voltage Control: The PWM constant voltage control ensures the wind turbine operates at 120% of its rated power. In case of exceeding the PWM's capacity, the brake will automatically start to prevent any damage. After 10-20 minutes, the brake will stop, allowing the wind turbine to resume power supply and ensure the safe running of the overall wind turbine generation system.

  • DC Constant Voltage Output: The controller can conduct DC constant voltage output during strong or super-strong winds, ensuring the safe running of the inverter.

  • Grid Power Resumption: When the grid power is off, the inverter stops output to the grid power. The controller's three-phase dump load will automatically start, putting the wind turbine on braking status. Once the grid power resumes, the controller will stop the three-phase dump load, allowing the wind turbine and inverter to resume normal operation and supply power to the grid.

  • Surge Arrester: The inside of the controller is equipped with a surge arrester to protect the equipment from lightning shock damage. It limits instantaneous overvoltage into the wind generator within the controller or system bearable voltage range, or conducts the strong lightning current into the earth.

  • Emergency Stop and Manual Brake: The controller is equipped with an emergency stop switch for cutting off all power supply in case of emergencies. It also has a manual brake switch for forcibly braking the wind turbine.

  • Modbus Communication Protocol: The controller adopts the Modbus communication protocol, allowing for convenient development by customers (optional).

  • RS485 Interface: The controller can be adjusted through the RS485 interface, providing convenience for professional customers to adjust different wind turbines (optional).

  • Monitoring and Control: The controller supports WIFI and GPRS, enabling customers to monitor the working status of the grid-tie wind power system in real time through a PC or mobile terminal. It is compatible with Android and IOS, allowing users to check historical working status (optional).

  • Solar Panel Control System: The controller can be equipped with a solar panel control system according to customers' demand (optional).
