Product Characteristics
- The FKJ-GT (Grid-tie) Model On Grid Wind Turbine Controller is manufactured according to the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, as well as users' technical requirements.
- Featuring a big LCD display, this controller provides visual representation of the working state. The display shows real-time wind turbine voltage, current, solar panel voltage, current, DC output voltage, current, and total power generation. The main board is equipped with a button battery to save history data for 30 days in case of power failure.
- This controller offers two sets of control systems: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.
- The PWM constant voltage control is set at 120% of the rated power of the wind turbine. If the PWM's capacity is exceeded, the three-phase dump load system will automatically start. After 10-20 minutes, the three-phase dump load system will stop, allowing the wind turbine to resume power supply and ensure the safe running of the overall wind turbine generation system.
- In strong or super-strong wind conditions, the controller can conduct constant voltage output to ensure the safe operation of the inverter.
- If the grid-connected inverter is disconnected, the controller can conduct constant voltage output and wait for the inverter to resume operation.
- During a grid power outage, the three-phase dump load system of the controller will automatically start working, while the inverter stops outputting to the grid. Once the grid power is restored, the controller stops the three-phase dump load system and the inverter resumes power supply.
- The controller is equipped with a surge protector to prevent overvoltage from damaging the wind turbine. It redirects excessive lightning current directly to the ground, ensuring the safety of the equipment.
- In case of an emergency, the controller is equipped with an emergency stop switch. Pressing down the emergency stop button on the front panel cuts off all power supply to the controller, immediately braking the wind turbine using the three-phase dump load system.
- The controller also features a manual three-phase dump load switch for braking the wind turbine.
- It adopts the Modbus Communication protocol, allowing for convenient secondary development.
- Technical specification adjustments can be made via RS485, providing convenience for professional customers to adjust the controller for different wind turbines.
- Supports WIFI and GPRS, enabling customers to monitor the real-time working state of the on-grid wind power system via PC and mobile devices, as well as query historical working state. Compatible with both Android and OS devices.
- Can be equipped with a solar panel control system according to customer requirements.
- Offers various brake functions, such as mechanical yawing, rotate tail control, furled empennage, mechanical brake, hydraulic brake, and electromagnetism brake, to suit different wind turbine models.
