Product Characteristics
- The Off-Grid PWM Wind Turbine Controller is manufactured according to the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, meeting users' technical requirements.
- It features a big LCD display that visually shows the working state. Various data is displayed in real-time, including wind turbine voltage, current, power; solar panel voltage, current, power; and battery group voltage, charge current.
- The controller offers two sets of control systems: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.
- During strong or super-strong wind conditions, the PWM control ensures that the battery is charged by the wind turbine with constant voltage and current.
- In case of battery disconnect or damage, the three-phase dump load system will automatically start to prevent the wind turbine from idling and causing runaway accidents.
- The controller provides protection functions for the battery, including polarity reverse protection, disconnection protection, and damage protection.
- It also offers over-charging protection for the battery. When the battery is full, the three-phase dump load system will work, causing the wind turbine to brake and stop charging the battery.
- The controller supports auto recharging of the battery. When the battery voltage reduces to 108% of the rated voltage, the three-phase dump load system stops to recharge the battery automatically.
- For manual control, the controller is equipped with a brake switch that activates the three-phase dump load forcibly.
- Inside the controller, there is a surge arrester to protect against overvoltage. It redirects the strong lightning current into the earth directly, preventing any damage to the equipment.
* Solar panel control system is optional based on customers' requirement.
* Diesel generator port is optional, allowing automatic control of the generator's start and stop.
* The controller adopts Modbus Communication protocol, making it convenient to carry out secondary development.
* Technical specifications can be adjusted via RS485, providing convenience for professional customers to adjust different wind turbines.
* The controller supports WIFI and GPRS, allowing customers to monitor the real-time working state of the on-grid wind power system via PC and mobile, and query the history working state. It is compatible with both Android and OS in mobile devices.
* For different wind turbines, the controller can be equipped with various brake functions, including mechanical yawing, rotate tail control, furled empennage, mechanical brake, hydraulic brake, and electromagnetism brake.
