Product Characteristics



  1. The FKJ-GT (Grid-tie) Model On Grid Wind Turbine Controller is manufactured according to the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, as well as users' technical requirements.

  2. Featuring a big LCD display, this controller provides visual representations of the working state. Various data is shown in real-time, including wind turbine voltage, current, solar panel voltage, current, DC output voltage, current, and total power generation. The main board is equipped with a button battery to save history data for 30 days in case of power failure.

  3. It offers two sets of control systems: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.

  4. The PWM constant voltage control operates at 120% of the rated power of the wind turbine. If the PWM's capacity is exceeded, the three-phase dump load will automatically start, ensuring the safe running of the overall wind turbine generation system. After 10-20 minutes, the three-phase dump load will stop and the wind turbine will re-start to resume power supply.

  5. In strong or super-strong wind conditions, the controller can conduct constant voltage output to ensure the inverter's safety during operation.

  6. If the grid-connected inverter is disconnected, the controller can conduct constant voltage output and wait for inverter resumption.

  7. In the event of a grid cut-off, the controller's three-phase dump load will automatically start working, while the inverter will stop output to the grid. Once the grid resumes, the controller stops the three-phase dump load and the inverter resumes power supply.

  8. The controller is equipped with a surge protector, which contains overvoltage and diverts it into the wind turbine or earth to prevent damage to the equipment.

  9. It includes an emergency stop switch on the front panel. In case of an emergency, pressing down the emergency stop button will cut off all power supply to the controller, and the wind turbine will immediately brake using the three-phase dump load.

  10. Additionally, the controller features a manual three-phase dump load switch for braking the wind turbine.

  11. It adopts the Modbus Communication protocol, allowing for convenient secondary development.

  12. Technical specifications can be adjusted via RS485, providing convenience for professional customers to adjust different wind turbines.

  13. Support for WIFI and GPRS enables customers to monitor the real-time working state of the on grid wind power system via PC and mobile devices, and also query history working state. The system is compatible with both Android and OS platforms on mobile devices.

  14. The controller can be equipped with a solar panel control system according to customer requirements.

  15. For different wind turbines, the controller can be equipped with various brake functions such as mechanical yawing, rotate tail control, furled empennage, mechanical brake, hydraulic brake, and electromagnetism brake.
