Introducing the FKJ-B model off-grid PWM wind solar hybrid controller from Jinan Deming Power Equipment Co., Ltd. This controller is designed to meet the highest industry standards, including the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, as well as users' technical requirements.
With its big LCD display, the FKJ-B controller provides a visual representation of the working state, displaying real-time data such as wind turbine voltage, current, and power; solar panel voltage, current, and power; and battery group voltage and charge current.
Featuring two sets of control systems, the FKJ-B controller offers both PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system. This ensures that the battery is charged by the wind turbine with constant voltage and current even under strong or super-strong wind conditions. Additionally, in case of battery disconnection or damage, the three-phase dump load system will automatically start to avoid wind turbine idling and runaway accidents.
The FKJ-B controller also provides various protection functions for the battery, including polarity reverse protection, disconnection protection, and damage protection. It also offers over-charging protection, where the three-phase dump load system works and the wind turbine brakes and stops charging the battery when it is full. Moreover, the controller features an auto recharging function, which stops the three-phase dump load system and recharges the battery automatically when its voltage reduces to 108% of the rated voltage.
To ensure additional safety and control, the FKJ-B controller is equipped with a manual brake switch, allowing users to carry out three-phase dump load forcibly. It also includes a surge arrester to protect the wind turbine from overvoltage and lightning currents.
Customers have the option to include a solar panel control system and a diesel generator port, which enables automatic control of the generator's start and stop. The controller also supports Modbus Communication protocol for convenient secondary development, as well as RS485 for adjusting the technical specification of different wind turbines. Additionally, it offers WIFI and GPRS support, allowing customers to monitor the real-time working state of the on-grid wind power system via PC and mobile devices, and query the history working state.
For added functionality, the FKJ-B controller can be equipped with various brake functions such as mechanical yawing, rotate tail control, furled empennage, mechanical brake, hydraulic brake, and electromagnetism brake, depending on the specific wind turbine.
