Product Characteristics:

1. The Off-Grid PWM Wind Solar Hybrid Controller FKJ-B model is manufactured according to the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, meeting users' technical requirements.


2. Featuring a big LCD display, the controller provides visual representation of the working state. It displays real-time data such as wind turbine voltage, current, and power; solar panel voltage, current, and power; and battery group voltage and charge current.


3. The controller includes two sets of control systems: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.


4. During strong or super-strong wind conditions, the PWM control ensures constant voltage and current for battery charging from the wind turbine.


5. In case of battery disconnection or damage, the three-phase dump load system automatically starts to prevent wind turbine idling and runaway accidents.


6. The controller offers various protection functions for the battery, including polarity reverse protection, disconnection protection, and damage protection.


7. Over-charging protection is provided for the battery. When the battery is full, the three-phase dump load system activates, causing the wind turbine to brake and stop charging the battery.


8. The controller supports auto recharging of the battery. When the battery voltage reduces to 108% of the rated voltage, the three-phase dump load system stops to automatically recharge the battery.


9. A manual brake switch is included in the controller, allowing for forced activation of the three-phase dump load system by the wind turbine.


10. The controller is equipped with a surge arrester to protect the wind turbine from overvoltage and to conduct strong lightning currents into the earth, preventing equipment damage.

Additional Features:

• Solar panel control system is optional, based on customers' requirements.


• Disel generator port is optional, enabling automatic control of the generator's start and stop.


• The controller adopts Modbus Communication protocol, facilitating secondary development.


• Technical specifications can be adjusted via RS485, allowing for customization for different wind turbines.


• Support for WIFI and GPRS enables real-time monitoring of the on-grid wind power system via PC and mobile devices, as well as querying historical working states. Compatible with both Android and OS platforms.


• The controller can be equipped with various brake functions, such as mechanical yawing, rotate tail control, furled empennage, mechanical brake, hydraulic brake, and electromagnetism brake, to suit different wind turbine models.
