The Off-Grid PWM Wind Solar Hybrid Controller, manufactured by Jinan Deming Power Equipment Co., Ltd, is designed to meet the highest industry standards and technical requirements. It is compliant with the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard.
The controller features a large LCD display that provides a visual representation of the working state. Real-time data on wind turbine voltage, current, and power, as well as solar panel voltage, current, and power, and battery group voltage and charge current, are all displayed for easy monitoring.
With two sets of control systems, including a PWM constant voltage system and a three-phase dump load system, the controller ensures efficient and reliable operation. In strong or super-strong wind conditions, the PWM control maintains a constant voltage and current to charge the battery. In case of battery disconnection or damage, the three-phase dump load system automatically starts to prevent wind turbine idling and runaway accidents.
The controller offers various protection functions, including polarity reverse protection, disconnection and damage protection, and over-charging protection of the battery. When the battery is full, the three-phase dump load system activates, causing the wind turbine to brake and stop charging the battery. Additionally, the controller is equipped with a manual brake switch for forced three-phase dump load operation.
For added convenience, the controller supports Modbus Communication protocol, allowing for easy secondary development. Technical specifications can be adjusted via RS485, making it suitable for different wind turbines. The controller also supports WIFI and GPRS, enabling real-time monitoring of the on-grid wind power system via PC and mobile devices. Both Android and OS platforms are compatible.
Depending on customer requirements, the controller can be equipped with a solar panel control system and a diesel generator port for automatic start and stop control. It also offers various brake functions, such as mechanical yawing, rotate tail control, furled empennage, mechanical brake, hydraulic brake, and electromagnetism brake.
