Manufactured by Jinan Deming Power Equipment Co., Ltd, the FKJ-B model off-grid PWM wind solar hybrid controller is designed to meet the highest industry standards and technical requirements.


Product Characteristics:



  • Big LCD display for easy visualization of working state and various data, including real-time wind turbine voltage, current, and power; solar panel voltage, current, and power; and battery group voltage and charge current.

  • Two sets of control systems: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.

  • PWM control ensures constant voltage and current from the wind turbine during strong or super-strong wind conditions.

  • Automatic activation of the three-phase dump load system when the battery disconnects or gets damaged, preventing wind turbine idling and runaway accidents.

  • Battery protection functions include polarity reverse protection, disconnection protection, and damage protection.

  • Over-charging protection activates the three-phase dump load system when the battery is full, stopping the wind turbine from charging the battery.

  • Auto recharging of the battery when voltage reduces to 108% of the rated voltage, with automatic stoppage of the three-phase dump load system.

  • Equipped with a manual brake switch for forced activation of the three-phase dump load system.

  • Surge arrester inside the controller protects the wind turbine from overvoltage and conducts lightning current into the earth to prevent equipment damage.

  • Solar panel control system (optional) based on customer requirements.

  • Diesel generator port (optional) for automatic control of generator start and stop.

  • Modbus Communication protocol for convenient secondary development.

  • Technical specification adjustment via RS485 for customization to different wind turbines.

  • Supports WIFI and GPRS for real-time monitoring of the on-grid wind power system via PC and mobile devices, with the ability to query historical working state. Compatible with both Android and OS platforms.

  • Can be equipped with various brake functions for different wind turbines, including mechanical yawing, rotate tail control, furled empennage, mechanical brake, hydraulic brake, and electromagnetism brake.
