The FKJ-B model off-grid PWM wind solar hybrid controller is a high-quality product manufactured by Jinan Deming Power Equipment Co., Ltd, following the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T19115.1-2003 national standard. It is designed to meet users' technical requirements.



Product Characteristics:




  1. Big LCD display: The controller features a large LCD display that visually shows the working state. It provides real-time data on wind turbine voltage, current, and power; solar panel voltage, current, and power; and battery group voltage and charge current.

  2. Two sets of control systems: The controller offers PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system for efficient control.

  3. PWM control for strong wind conditions: In strong or super-strong wind conditions, the controller ensures that the battery is charged by the wind turbine with constant voltage and current.

  4. Automatic three-phase dump load activation: In case of battery disconnect or damage, the three-phase dump load system will start automatically to prevent wind turbine idling and runaway accidents.

  5. Battery protection: The controller provides polarity reverse protection, disconnection protection, and damage protection for the battery.

  6. Over-charging protection: When the battery is full, the three-phase dump load system will work, and the wind turbine will brake and stop charging the battery.

  7. Auto recharging of battery: The controller automatically stops the three-phase dump load system and recharges the battery when its voltage reduces to 108% of the rated voltage.

  8. Manual brake switch: The controller is equipped with a manual brake switch to forcibly activate the three-phase dump load system.

  9. Surge arrester: The controller contains a surge arrester to protect the wind turbine from overvoltage and conduct strong lightning currents into the earth to avoid equipment damage.

  10. Solar panel control system (optional): The controller can be equipped with a solar panel control system based on customers' requirements.

  11. Disel generator port (optional): The controller can control the generator start and stop automatically.

  12. Modbus Communication protocol: The controller adopts the Modbus Communication protocol, allowing for convenient secondary development.

  13. Technical specification adjustment via RS485: The controller can be adjusted for different wind turbines via RS485, catering to the needs of professional customers.

  14. WIFI and GPRS support: Customers can monitor the real-time working state of the on-grid wind power system via PC and mobile devices. It is compatible with both Android and OS platforms.
