  1. Big LCD Display: The controller features a large LCD display that visually presents the working status of the wind turbine. It provides real-time data on wind turbine voltage, current, power, as well as DC output voltage, current, and accumulative total generating electricity. The main-board is equipped with a battery, ensuring that historical data can be stored for up to 30 days even in the event of a power outage.

  2. Two Sets of Control Systems: The controller offers two sets of control systems - PWM constant voltage system and three-phase brake system - providing flexibility and reliability in wind turbine operation.

  3. PWM Constant Voltage Control: The controller's PWM constant voltage control ensures that the wind turbine operates at 120% of its rated power. In case of exceeding the PWM's capacity, the brake system will automatically start, ensuring the safe running of the wind turbine generation system. After 10-20 minutes, the brake will stop, allowing the wind turbine to resume power supply.

  4. DC Constant Voltage Output: The controller can conduct DC constant voltage output during strong or super-strong winds, ensuring the safe operation of the inverter.

  5. Grid Power Resumption: When grid power is off, the controller stops the inverter's output to the grid. The three-phase dump load of the controller will automatically start, putting the wind turbine on braking status. Once grid power resumes, the controller stops the dump load, allowing the wind turbine and inverter to resume normal operation.
