Product Characteristics

1. The product is manufactured according to the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, meeting users' technical requirements.


2. Equipped with a big LCD display that visually shows the working state. Various data is displayed in real-time, including wind turbine voltage, current, power; solar panel voltage, current, power; and battery group voltage, charge current.


3. Features two sets of control systems: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.


4. PWM control ensures constant voltage and current charging of the battery by the wind turbine during strong or super-strong wind conditions.


5. In case of battery disconnect or damage, the three-phase dump load system automatically starts to prevent wind turbine idling and runaway accidents.


6. Provides protection functions for the battery, including polarity reverse protection, disconnection protection, and damage protection.


7. Includes over-charging protection for the battery. When the battery is full, the three-phase dump load system activates, causing the wind turbine to brake and stop charging the battery.


8. Auto recharging of the battery is enabled. When the battery voltage reduces to 108% of the rated voltage, the three-phase dump load system stops to automatically recharge the battery.


9. The controller is equipped with a manual brake switch, allowing the wind turbine to carry out three-phase dump load forcibly.


10. Comes with a surge arrester inside the controller to protect the wind turbine from overvoltage and conduct strong lightning currents into the earth to prevent equipment damage.

* Solar panel control system is optional based on customers' requirements.

* Diesel generator port is optional, allowing automatic control of generator start and stop.

* Supports Modbus Communication protocol for convenient secondary development.

* Technical specifications can be adjusted via RS485, making it convenient to adjust different wind turbines for professional customers.

* Supports WIFI and GPRS for real-time monitoring of the on-grid wind power system via PC and mobile devices. Both Android and OS are compatible.

* The controller can be equipped with various brake functions, such as mechanical yawing, rotate tail control, furled empennage, mechanical brake, hydraulic brake, and electromagnetism brake, depending on the wind turbine model.
