Product Characteristics
- The product is manufactured according to the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, meeting users' technical requirements.
- Equipped with a big LCD display that visually shows the working state and various data, including real-time wind turbine voltage, current, power; solar panel voltage, current, power; and battery group voltage, charge current.
- Features two sets of control systems: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.
- Under strong or super-strong wind conditions, the PWM control ensures constant voltage and current for battery charging from the wind turbine.
- In case of battery disconnect or damage, the three-phase dump load system automatically starts to prevent wind turbine idling and runaway accidents.
- Includes protection functions for battery, such as polarity reverse protection, disconnection, and damage protection.
- Provides over-charging protection for the battery. When the battery is full, the three-phase dump load system activates, causing the wind turbine to brake and stop charging the battery.
- Auto recharging of the battery occurs when the battery voltage reduces to 108% of the rated voltage, and the three-phase dump load stops to recharge the battery automatically.
- Equipped with a manual brake switch for three-phase dump load activation.
- Includes a surge arrester inside the controller to protect against overvoltage and conduct strong lightning currents into the earth directly, avoiding equipment damage.
- Optional solar panel control system based on customers' requirements.
- Optional diesel generator port for automatic start and stop control of the generator.
- Adopts Modbus Communication protocol for convenient secondary development.
- Technical specification adjustment via RS485 is available, allowing for easy adjustment of different wind turbines for professional customers.
