Product Characteristics
- The FKJ-GT (Grid-tie) model On grid Wind Turbine Controller is manufactured by Jinan Deming Power Equipment Co., Ltd.
- It adheres to the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, while also meeting users' technical requirements.
- The controller features a big LCD display, providing visual representation of the working state. It displays real-time data such as wind turbine voltage, current, solar panel voltage, current, DC output voltage, current, and total power generation. The main board is equipped with a button battery to save history data for 30 days in case of power failure.
- There are two sets of control systems available: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.
- The PWM constant voltage control operates at 120% of the wind turbine's rated power. If the PWM's capacity is exceeded, the three-phase dump load system will automatically start. After 10-20 minutes, the dump load system will stop, allowing the wind turbine to resume power supply and ensure the safe running of the overall wind turbine generation system.
- The controller can conduct constant voltage output during strong or super-strong wind conditions to ensure the inverter's safety.
- In the event of a disconnected grid-connected inverter, the controller can conduct constant voltage output and wait for the inverter to resume.
- If the grid is cut off, the three-phase dump load system will automatically start, stopping the inverter's output to the grid. When the grid resumes, the dump load system stops and the inverter resumes power supply.
- The controller is equipped with a surge protector to prevent overvoltage damage to the wind turbine. It redirects strong lightning currents directly into the earth, protecting the equipment.
- In case of an emergency, the controller is equipped with an emergency stop switch. Pressing the button will cut off all power supply to the controller, causing the wind turbine to immediately brake using the three-phase dump load system.
- The controller also features a manual three-phase dump load switch, allowing users to manually brake the wind turbine.
- It adopts the Modbus Communication protocol, enabling convenient secondary development.
- Technical specifications can be adjusted via RS485, making it easy to customize the controller for different wind turbines.
- Support for WIFI and GPRS is available, allowing customers to monitor the real-time working state of the on grid wind power system using a PC or mobile device. The history working state can also be queried. The monitoring system is compatible with both Android and OS platforms.
- The controller can be equipped with a solar panel control system according to customer requirements.
- For different wind turbines, the controller can be equipped with various brake functions, including mechanical yawing, rotate tail control, furled empennage, mechanical brake, hydraulic brake, and electromagnetism brake.
