Off-Grid PWM Wind Solar Hybrid Controller


Product Characteristics:



  1. The Off-Grid PWM Wind Solar Hybrid Controller FKJ-B model is manufactured according to the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, meeting users' technical requirements.

  2. Featuring a big LCD display, the controller provides a visual representation of the working state. Real-time data is displayed for wind turbine voltage, current, and power; solar panel voltage, current, and power; and battery group voltage and charge current.

  3. Equipped with two sets of control systems: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.

  4. In strong or super-strong wind conditions, the PWM control ensures battery charging with constant voltage and current.

  5. To prevent wind turbine idling and runaway accidents, the three-phase dump load system automatically starts when the battery is disconnected or damaged.

  6. Multiple protection functions for the battery, including polarity reverse protection, disconnection protection, and damage protection.

  7. Over-charging protection of the battery, activating the three-phase dump load system and stopping wind turbine charging when the battery is full.

  8. Auto recharging of the battery, with the three-phase dump load system stopping automatically when the battery voltage reduces to 108% of the rated voltage.

  9. The controller is equipped with a manual brake switch for forcibly activating the three-phase dump load system.

  10. Includes a surge arrester inside the controller to protect against overvoltage and lightning damage.

  11. Solar panel control system, diesel generator port, Modbus Communication protocol, and RS485 adjustment of technical specifications are optional based on customer requirements.

  12. Supports WIFI and GPRS for real-time monitoring of the on-grid wind power system's working state via PC and mobile. Compatible with both Android and OS in mobile devices.

  13. The controller can be equipped with various brake functions, such as mechanical yawing, rotate tail control, furled empennage, mechanical brake, hydraulic brake, and electromagnetism brake, to accommodate different wind turbines.
