With the Off Grid Wind Turbine System, wind energy is efficiently converted into AC electrical energy by the wind turbine. Product Characteristics
- The Off-Grid PWM Wind Turbine Controller is manufactured according to the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, meeting users' technical requirements.
- It features a big LCD display that visually shows the working state and various data, including real-time wind turbine voltage, current, power; solar panel voltage, current, power; and battery group voltage, charge current.
- The controller offers two sets of control systems: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.
- In strong or super-strong wind conditions, the PWM control ensures constant voltage and current for battery charging from the wind turbine.
- In case of battery disconnect or damage, the three-phase dump load system automatically starts to prevent wind turbine idling and runaway accidents.
- The controller provides protection functions for the battery, including polarity reverse protection, disconnection, and damage protection.
- It also offers over-charging protection for the battery. When the battery is full, the three-phase dump load system works, and the wind turbine brakes and stops charging the battery.
- The controller supports auto recharging of the battery. When the battery voltage reduces to 108% of the rated voltage, it stops the three-phase dump load system to recharge the battery automatically.
- For manual control, the controller is equipped with a brake switch that activates the three-phase dump load system forcibly.
- Inside the controller, there is a surge arrester to protect the wind turbine from overvoltage and conduct strong lightning current into the earth to avoid equipment damage.
Solar panel control system is optional based on customers' requirement. Diesel generator port is optional to control the generator start and stop automatically.
The controller adopts Modbus Communication protocol, allowing for convenient secondary development. It also supports adjusting the technical specification via RS485, making it easy to adjust different wind turbines for professional customers.
Customers can monitor the real-time working state of the on-grid wind power system via PC and mobile and query history working state. Both Android and OS are compatible on mobile devices.
For different wind turbines, the controller can be equipped with mechanical yawing, rotate tail control, furled empennage, mechanical brake, hydraulic brake, electromagnetism brake, and other brake functions.
