This system consists of a wind turbine, on grid controller, on grid inverter, metering device, and power distribution system.


The wind turbine efficiently converts wind energy into AC electrical energy. The on grid controller then converts this AC energy into DC electrical energy, ensuring optimal performance. The on grid inverter further converts the DC electrical energy into AC electrical energy, matching the frequency and phase of the grid. A portion of this power is supplied to the local load, while any surplus power is seamlessly fed into the grid.

The On Grid Wind Turbine Controller, manufactured by Jinan Deming Power Equipment Co., Ltd, is designed to meet the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T 19115.1-2003 national standard, while also accommodating users' technical requirements.


Features:



  1. Big LCD Display: The controller features a large LCD display that visually shows the working status of the wind turbine. It provides abundant data display, including real-time wind turbine voltage, current, power, as well as DC output voltage, current, and accumulative total generating electricity. The main-board is equipped with a battery, allowing history data to be stored for 30 days even in the case of power off.

  2. Two Sets of Control Systems: The controller offers two sets of control systems - PWM constant voltage system and three-phase brake system.

  3. PWM Constant Voltage Control: The PWM constant voltage control ensures the wind turbine operates at 120% of its rated power. In case of exceeding the PWM's capacity, the brake will automatically start to prevent any damage. After 10-20 minutes, the brake will stop, and the wind turbine will resume power supply, ensuring the safe running of the overall wind turbine generation system.

  4. DC Constant Voltage Output: The controller can conduct DC constant voltage output during strong or super-strong wind conditions, ensuring the safe running of the inverter.

  5. Grid Power Resumption: When the grid power is off, the inverter stops output to the grid power, and the controller's three-phase dump load automatically starts. The wind turbine enters the braking status. When the grid power resumes, the controller stops the three-phase dump load, and the wind turbine and inverter resume their normal operation.

  6. Surge Arrester: The inside of the controller is equipped with a surge arrester, which protects the equipment from lightning shock damage by limiting instantaneous overvoltage or conducting strong lightning current into the earth.

  7. Emergency Stop Switch: The controller is equipped with an emergency stop switch for cutting off all power supply in case of emergencies. Pressing the emergency stop button on the front panel will immediately brake the wind turbine. Please note that this button should only be pressed in emergency situations.

  8. Manual Brake Switch: The controller features a manual brake switch that allows the wind turbine to carry out a forced brake when necessary.

  9. Modbus Communication Protocol: The controller adopts the Modbus communication protocol, providing convenience for customers to develop further.

  10. Adjustable Technical Parameters: The controller's technical parameters can be adjusted through the RS485 interface, allowing professional customers to adjust settings for different wind turbines.

  11. Monitoring and Control: The controller supports WIFI and GPRS, enabling customers to monitor the working status of the grid-tie wind power system in real-time through a PC or mobile terminal. It is also possible to check historical working status. The mobile terminal is compatible with Android and iOS.

  12. Solar Panel Control System: Upon customer demand, a solar panel control system can be added to the controller.

  13. Compatibility with Different Wind Turbines: The controller can be equipped with various brake functions, such as mechanical yawing, furled empennage, mechanical or hydraulic, pneumatic, electric magnetic, and more, to accommodate different wind turbine types.
